This is actually an ad for a Ladies Sewing pattern apparently called a Visiting Costume. So beautiful! Can you believe how tiny her waist is? That looks so painful! This one probably dates to around the 1890’s and was an advertisement for a Dress Pattern. The dress appears to have a bit of a train on the back too. The lady shown above is dressed in a beautiful dress, with a fitted bodice and long lace sleeves, collar, and trim. #BEAUTIFUL WOMAN FASHION ART PHOTO FREE#This is another Free Stock Image of a Victorian Fashion plate. Each pattern cost around 15 cents to 20 cents! I love all the pretty details on this one, especially the skirt with the scalloped trim and the hat with the Ostrich feathers, which is amazing! Perhaps you could frame the images in this section and hang it in your Sewing Room or Dressing Room! You could purchase the pattern for the jacket, vest or skirt. Scanned from the Circa 1889 Ladies Fashion magazine, this is another ad for a Ladies Sewing pattern. Pictured above is a Ladies Victorian Fashion Image of a Victorian Bustle Dress with both Front and Back Views! This one was scanned from an Antique, Circa 1889 Ladies Fashion Magazine! Actually an ad for a Ladies Sewing pattern, the dress looks quite heavy with all of that fabric gathered around it, and of course the big bustle in the back! I thought it was a fun change, so I left it that way! Great to use for some Wall Decor for a Sewing Room! It has a slight tinge of purple to it, but when scanned it turned a deep purple. Oddly enough, this one looks mostly black and white to the eye. This is actually an ad for a Ladies Sewing pattern, and was apparently called a Ladies Summer Toilette. Although this one didn’t have a date on it, some of the others were from the 1890′s. Here is a beautiful Purple Fashion Lady! It was part of a set that I picked up. It would make a beautiful cover for a Victorian Fashion Journal Projects! A tiny red bird is landing in her cupped hands. She wears a large red tiered bustle, a small train, and cute hat with a large red feather. She is standing in front of a balustrade with climbing red roses. This is an Elegant Victorian Lady Holding Red Bird Image! The woman is wearing an elegant Victorian dress of greenish-aqua trimmed with red, which appears to be velvet.
